Kathryn Marnewick is a Hair & Make-up stylist par excellence, with over 20 years experience in the industry. This Benoni-born creative spirit was inspired by a South African make-up artist, Meg Tanner, who worked on Ghost in the Darkness with Val Kilmer, and she has not looked back.

Talents include great knowledge and skill on and off of Set, working with speed and great ability, With her extensive length in this industry her ability to deal with Important Clients, Producers, Directors and Talent Catapults her to the top of her League.

Kathryn has had the privilege of working with a host of local and international public figures, including Judith Sephuma, Leanne Manas, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Westlife and BBC’s Top Gear.

She explains: “I learn a lot from the people I work with, from Miss Worlds to Princes, Ambassadors, and Presidents. A great accomplishment was meeting and working with former U.N secretary General Kofi Annan.”

Kathryn specializes in television make-up and has the ability and strength to transfer her skills to glossy magazine cover shoots, fashion shows and major corporate events.

Kathryn resides in Cape Town.
